总结:.The Ecuadorian State is recognized as a State in which the rights of its governed are guaranteed. It is also worth admiring how it has adapted to human evolution, in view of the various initiatives and adaptations that its Magna Carta has undergone, in which can be found several rights in favor of the Ecuadorian people, among these various rights is freedom of worship or religion. Right that has been of utmost importance for those who defend ideals or beliefs contrary to the usual ones, due to social paradigms many people have managed to destabilize this social harmony that the State has sought to create, since those who opt for a conservative position have followed legal processes in against people who profess another religion. An example of this is the refusal to receive blood transfusions in any of its direct variants by Jehovah's Witnesses, who by doing this are only externalizing their beliefs based on the word of God, the Bible. Among the cases that have been carried out in Ecuador to the detriment of this group of people, in none of them has the impact of imposing a blood transfusion on them been taken into account, because their beliefs go far beyond a fanaticism or a simple attachment to what the Bible establishes, for many believers it is a direct link with God. Legal history as well as medical history have had to undergo several transformations throughout human evolution but that is not why all aspects have evolved for the better, tolerance is one of those values that fade over time. . Within the present investigation, we seek to analyze the importance of having legal regulations that do not remain between the lines waiting for a trial with a negative ruling for those who abstain from receiving blood from another person, in addition to 5 seeking relevant information, all of them will be analyzed. the points of view, since a fresh and balanced vision in the realization of the proposed topic will depend on it. Therefore, the methodology to be used in the research presented refers to the qualitative method, since bibliographic information will be used, in addition to the use of jurisprudence and law. It is also essential to conduct interviews with: 1. Elder of the Guanujo Congregation, manager and representative of Jehovah's Witnesses in the Guanujo sector, Guaranda, Bolívar province. 2. Judge of the Judicial Unit of Bolívar who knows about these legal processes, 3. Doctor of the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital. Hoping in such a way that the interpretative richness reflected in these lines collaborates with society, trying that, in one way or another, this perception of those who are governed by an act different from a 180-degree turn for the benefit of the common good, of relationships interpersonal, but, above all, tolerance and respect.
