Özet:The present research entitled "Performance evaluation model of human talent for the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San José Ltda. of Chimbo canton, Bolivar province, year 2021", has as its main objective to propose a new model of evaluation of labor performance for its collaborators for which we started from a bibliographic documentary review and thus determine the existing evaluation models that are applied in other institutions, the perception of the current management model was diagnosed with the collection of information from the employees of the institution and based on all this a new performance evaluation model was proposed, the methodology used for the development of the research is the application of surveys with semi-structured questionnaires applied to the parties involved in the execution of the performance evaluation process, with the obtaining of the necessary data, the information was processed and interpreted, being the models used by another institution and reported in the bibliography the method of performance evaluation through graphic scales, method of forced choice, method of performance evaluation through field research, method of performance evaluation through critical incidents, method of pair comparison and method of descriptive sentences, the perception of the current evaluation model that is executed in the institution has a very low level of acceptance since 95% of those involved agree that it should be changed, and thus the proposal for a new evaluation model is that of a model based on functions and competencies which allows a more specific approach to the professional reality of the workers of the organization.
