Додати тег | Резюме: | In the present project, the legal analysis of discrimination and inequality of peasant women in the Tumbuco neighborhood is evidenced, since in the last two decades Ecuador has made significant improvements in the law on the social front, it has tried to monitor women and this is an achievement, but it is not enough, since there are still large gaps in gender inequality and discrimination, race, classes and territories still exist in our societies, which occurs when a person is prevented from enjoying their rights human rights or other legal rights on an equal basis with others due to an undue distinction made by others. This investigation contains chapters that refer to the general context of labor legislation, guarantees granted by the state to women and everything related to the subject that our Magna Carta states, that is, women's equality, discrimination, inequality, and the development of rural women. Rural women are denigrated and little considered, most of these women earn less than men in field work because they are considered less in these jobs, that is inequality and discrimination due to the status of being a woman. With the present investigation, we seek to provide a solution to the problem found, so that the peasant women of the Tumbuco neighborhood are affected by this problem, such as discrimination and inequality, in various areas such as family, work and social, by not being able to have an economic income equal to that of a man.
