For this purpose is made a questionnaire for the survey that applies to all staff and another for the interview the person in charge of institutional assets; in order to know the way how is manage and control such property; and it can detect that there are major shortcomings in terms of registration and control of them; Since there is a regulation or regulations for the entry, delivery, control, depreciation, revaluation and registration. Of there the great importance that has the application of them factors associated to improve the control of them active fixed, because is the best strategy for achieve it excellence in the performance of the institution, given it transcendence that has in it community, by the support that provides when is produces a disaster or any type of accident, that affects to those members of the community. |
