| Summary: | The research work is developed with the purpose of proposing the application of the 360º method of evaluation of the performance of human talent of the Cooperative de Ahorro y Crédito Juan Pio de Mora, Guaranda agency. The methodology used in the project includes field research, which allowed the gathering of information, observation, interviewing the head of agency and the respective surveys of employees and partners of the organization. With the results obtained from the research it was determined that the current evaluation of the performance is carried out only by the head of the agency, without taking into account the criteria of the employees or the partners, likewise it was detected that the parameters of the evaluation are not the more adequate, the same ones that do not allow to know really what is the current state of the performance of human talent within the organization. Therefore, after making use of the bibliographic research to compile the necessary information, an evaluation method was developed based on the 360º method, which considers the requirements of the institution, where relevant aspects are taken into account. : human relations, quality and quantity of work, labor discipline, leadership, pro activity, continuous learning, physical presence, among others, which provide a broad perspective from all angles of the organization, in this way this method allows to measure more objectively the performance of each one of the collaborators, in addition with all the information obtained by the management can make better decisions in the future. Once the research work has been completed and finalized, the human talent performance evaluation method will be delivered to be analyzed by the board of directors in the cooperative's headquarters in San Miguel de Bolívar.
