| Streszczenie: | The general objective of this research project is to determine how training has an on the job performance of public servants of the Bolivar Province Governorate in 2019. Low job performance shows weak skills and capacity building, so it is intended to prove that Training improves job performance. It is theoretically based on the human talent management model proposed by Chiavenato, which conceives the training process in four stages: diagnosis of training needs, development of plans and programs, implementation and evaluation, in addition to the current legal regulations applicable to public sector institutions determined in article 234 of the constitution of the republic. For its development, the entire population is taken as a sample, i.e. the 79 public servants who are in the distribution of staff of this institution. The collection of data was carried out through surveys the same that allows us to develop the training and performance assessment subsystems, which are considered the two variables of this research. This research project was developed in two stages, the first in which the results of the evaluation of the performance of the 2018 year of the institution's staff will be shown and thus the baseline on the results of the same could be established; the second stage used performance assessment results as one of the parameters for identifying training needs to develop the training plan for fiscal 2019. In conclusion, a high percentage was identified with respect to the lack of knowledge of the existence of a training plan at the institution, resulting in poor job performance and a weakness in the working staff. |
