Lasit fáddágilkoriid | Čoahkkáigeassu: | The present research work is an evaluation of the administrative processes and an administrative audit of the Administrative Board of Potable Water and Sewage of the San Pablo de Atenas Parish, whose objective is to evaluate the internal control system and the administrative processes that are executed in the different areas. The problem arises because the Potable Water and Sewerage Management Board has not carried out an administrative management audit, which according to the Presidency does not cover all areas and the administrative processes and procedures are not efficient, so that most people does not meet them, which causes problems and does not allow continuous improvement of activities, the current system requires an evaluation and improvement to determine the points where it is failing and apply the necessary corrective measures, allowing the achievement of the objectives using efficiently the available resources whether technical, human or financial. For the investigation, methods were applied that allowed obtaining the information through a work of execution and application of ocular, written, verbal, documentary and physical techniques; and measurement of efficiency, effectiveness through administrative management indicators. |
