Summary:The present research work analyzes the communication factors of the Gladys Flores Macías Specialized Educational Unit in the Guaranda city regarding corporate communication and its correct use in the positioning of identity towards the public, for which the design of a plan is proposed of communication that includes activities that improve the image and publicize the services offered to the community. The work carried out shows the theoretical support of the communication field and includes an extensive theoretical framework on: communication, identity, image, strategies, among other concepts that allow understanding communication from the corporate field. The type of research applied is qualitative and quantitative, which allowed the collection and analysis of information from the surveys, observation sheet, and interview.
