Riassunto:The work carried out is the result of a research carried out in the "University of Valladolid" Spain, in which the Babel scholarship is taken. In order to finish the stay, a thesis entitled Comparative Study of the Curriculum in Initial Education between Spain and Ecuador of the educational system , Where the contents of the curricula were analyzed comparatively to obtain the significant characteristics of each one of them and to generate conclusions. This bibliographic research was tutored, monitored and evaluated by Dr. Beatriz Coca who followed the whole process until the defense of the same. From the curricula of the countries we draw the similarities and differences of their educational systems, appropriate to the different societies in which each one is established, based on the comparison in the education of children, in children under 6 years. The present work focuses on the analysis of the presence of curriculum contents, which are prominent in the curricular aspects. As a general conclusion, it is possible to state that Ecuador's curriculum suffers from the lack of evaluation criteria, the same as that of Spain in all its magnitude, so that this failure is taken to elaborate as a proposal for change the elaboration of the criteria Of evaluation, for the curriculum of Initial Education 2014.
