| Summary: | The purpose of the research work is to strengthen the organizational culture and its relationship with the performance of the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion (MIES) of the province of Bolívar, Guaranda canton, located at Eloy Alfaro 304 and Azuay, it is a public entity which exercises programs and services for social inclusion and care throughout the life cycle, with priority in the most vulnerable population in children, adolescents, older adults and people with disabilities. Through the methods applied for data collection, it was possible to show that the MIES does not have an adequate organizational culture, therefore, assertive communication and adequate motivation, which have been affected in the care of the beneficiaries of the city and its cantons. For this reason, we proceeded to develop strategies that will help strengthen the organizational culture within the institution, such as the integration of new personnel, effective communication with the use of digital tools that will facilitate the information being affective to the recipient, and finally training annual that will be carried out to the personnel to increase the knowledge of different topics that will help to be more efficient and effective, resulting in fair treatment and adequate attention to the beneficiaries. |
