Summary:For a service business it is important to be constantly seeking differentiation strategies that allow them to be later in relation to its competitors. The quality of service that offer will be in charge of the role they play their collaborators. Working in the image that the employee must project to the public, will influence consumer satisfaction ensuring their return. This study aims to determine the perception of human resources managers about the importance of professional image in the productivity of the company, presenting the concepts of image, social skills and productivity. It is concluded that the development and training of workers in image and social skills, are a good strategy to increase business productivity, but not yet fully implemented and necessary to promote these issues in companies where these leaders talent human toil.
