El diseño del prototipo de casa, se realizará a través de los estándares mínimos de hábitat y confort, donde se tratará de que el proyecto VIA (Viviendas Incrementales y Asequibles) La investigación se realizará bajo el enfoque de investigación mixto, de esta manera se aplicará la recolección de información y datos tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos, que pueda presentar una perspectiva más amplia y profunda sobre el diseño urbano sostenible de un plan de viviendas incrementales y asequibles, para los moradores de la Parroquia Chongón de la Ciudad de Guayaquil
