| description | El Paseo Peatonal Colgante entre Samborondón y Guayaquil fue diseñado con un fin multipropósito de brindar espacios abiertos recreativos que permitan al transeúnte, deportista, turista, desenvolverse de una manera confiable, segura y sana, libre de factores contaminantes, comunes de una ciudad. Este proyecto también busca ser amigable con el ambiente, de allí la idea de acogernos a una arquitectura orgánica biofílica, siendo a la vez sustentable y sostenible en el tiempo. La propuesta invita a ser un modelo a seguir, ya que se propone aumentar m2 de áreas verdes por persona, la cual en la actualidad es limitada. Además, el urbanismo del siglo XXI nos marca la pauta de generar espacios integradores que rompan las barreras provocadas por las brechas sociales y que sirva de estímulo para un desarrollo más equitativo y justo para las futuras generaciones |

This project also seeks to be environmental friendly, thus was born the idea of organic architecture, being simultaneously sustainable in time. This project aims to be a model to continuing, since it proposes to increase m2 of green areas per person, which is actually very limited.
