Así también se comparó a la central con otra central de similares características en base a un grupo de variables definidas, determinando que la central Dr. Enrique García puede mejorar de seguir un modelo similar al de la otra central. En tercer lugar haciendo uso de la información y análisis previo, se establecieron alternativas para la mejora de los procesos operativos y administrativos de la central. Estos tres objetivos conllevaron a su vez al cumplimiento del objetivo general el cual era desarrollar una propuesta de mejoramiento de procesos operativos y administrativos. Se propuso que la central tome ciertas medidas tanto administrativas como operativas para de esta manera alcanzar una mayor eficiencia en todos los procesos de la central, dando como resultado una eficiencia total de la misma. Esta propuesta fue validada con un análisis por lo que se concluyó que la misma es importante y se recomendó que lleve a cabo para beneficio de la central Dr. Enrique García.

First the central Dr. Enrique García was analyzed, thinking that the head office is not in the best ideal conditions for his operability so much in the administrative as technical aspect. This way also it was compared to the head office with another head office of similar characteristics on the basis of a group of definite variables, determining that the central Dr. Enrique García can improve of he is still a model similar to that of another head office.
