| description | Las empresas están expuestas a los resultados de variados eventos, los cuales unas veces tendrán repercusiones positivas denominadas oportunidades otras veces efectos negativos denominados riesgos. Para ello se realizó una investigación con relación a determinados negocios de restaurantes, exponiendo los contenidos teóricos que han servido de base para desarrollar la investigación. La metodología de la investigación está diseñada con un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo y método deductivo, el instrumento empleado para la recolección de datos fue el cuestionario conformado por los 8 componentes de la Administración de Riesgo empresarial. Lo cual permitió establecer las oportunidades y debilidades que poseen los negocios de determinados restaurantes con respecto a los riesgos empresariales. Se concluyó que el riesgo está presente en todo tipo de negocio, sin embargo se puede mitigar mediante evaluaciones y controles periódicos. Una empresa que maneja bien su negocio también podrá gestionar los riesgos. |

For that it has been made an investigation with relation to determined business of restaurants, exposing the theoretical contents that they had ANÁLISIS DE LA GESTIÓN DE RIESGO EMPRESARIAL EN EL NEGOCIO DE SERVICIOS ALIMENTICIOS: RESTAURANTE been served as base to work out the investigation. The methodology of the investigation is designed with a quantitative approach of descriptive type and deductive method, the instrument that was used for the recollection of the information was the questionnaire conformed with 8 components of the Administration of Business Risk. Which allowed establish the opportunities and weakness that determined business have with respect to business risks. It concluded that the risk is present in any type of business, however it can be mitigated throw evaluations and periodic checks.
