| description | En el presente proyecto de titulación se plantea la propuesta de un centro cultural para la ciudad de Guayaquil. Se logra evidenciar la falta de equipamiento urbano cultural que padece el sector, siendo esta una de las principales problemáticas actuales para el ejercicio adecuado del derecho a la ciudad de los habitantes. En respuesta al análisis previo, el siguiente trabajo de titulación propone el diseño arquitectónico de un centro cultural. Implantada en terreno de gran esparcimiento, en un sector céntrico para su recepción, para mejorar significativamente las condiciones culturales, ambientales ausentes en el sector y la ciudad. |

It is based on a multifunctional research process in which relevant background information has been studied, as well as data on the current situation of the site, its urban development, surveys, interviews, among others. The lack of urban cultural equipment in the sector is evidenced, being one of the main current problems for the adequate exercise of the inhabitants' right to the city. In response to the previous analysis, the following degree project proposes the architectural design of a cultural center.
