description El enfoque de esta investigación científica, será mayoritariamente cuantitativo, se evidenciará mediante el uso de mediciones numéricas, análisis estadísticos y trabajos de campo, que utilizando un nuevo tipo de material, se obtendrá un ahorro económico significativo para poder realizar más obras de Infraestructura; además, se concluirá que contribuye al cuidado del medio ambiente al comparar emisiones de gas carbónico y los consumos de energía. Las conclusiones nos incursionarán en el enfoque cualitativo, dado que se realizará una cierta inducción partiendo de lo particular a lo general, y así poder abundar en el enfoque global del tema. Se realizará un tipo de estudio Exploratorio y Comparativo, dado que las conclusiones contribuirán al desarrollo del conocimiento científico. Existen proyectos de agua potable en el país donde está especificado utilizar tubería de PVC con sellado elastómero o similar. Se planteó a la Fiscalización y a diseñadores de algunos proyectos que se permita instalar tubería de PVC Orientado, petición que en ocasiones ha sido aceptada por las bondades que dicho tipo de tubería ofrece y que es objetivo de este documento justificarlo. Así que, se estudiarán algunos proyectos donde existirán tuberías de ambas tecnologías (UPVC y PVCO), y se los comparará, para finalmente obtener las conclusiones deseadas que se enfocan en el ahorro económico, el ahorro energético y el cuidado del medio ambiente.

To demonstrate this, the investigation will use numeric measurement, statistical analysis, and field work to prove that the use of a new kind of material can produce economic savings in the production process. This will also have a positive impact on the environment by comparing carbón gas emissions and energy consumption. The result will have a qualitative focus through the use of deductive research by analyzing the issue from a specific to a general standpoint. Since the outcome of the research will contribute to the development of scientific knowledge, an exploratory and comparative study will be performed. There are potable water projects in the country that require the usage PVC pipeline with elastomer sealing or a similar product. It has been proposed to some engineers and project planners to use Bioriented PVC (PVCO) pipes, and the proposal has been accepted because of the benefits they find in PVCO, and it is the objective of this article to prove it..
