| description | Esta investigación se realizó con la finalidad de hacer una propuesta de Negocios Inclusivos con “Inclusión Laboral en la cadena de producción del maíz” en el sector Agua Fría cantón Ventanas, Provincia de los Ríos, mediante una actividad planificada y controlada; tomando en cuenta que la selección, capacitación y formalización del personal adecuado es necesaria para incrementar y mejorar la producción, considerando que los productores son explotados por los comerciantes mayoristas pagando precios irrisorios lo que conlleva a la desocupación laboral. Al investigar se aplicaron los respectivos instrumentos para la recolección de datos: observación directa y selectiva, a través de instrumentos como encuestas. Esto permitió realizar un análisis de temáticas como la factibilidad de la venta del maíz duro, consumo de la población, control por parte del Gobierno en precios y calidad, con quien trabaja el productor y si que es está agrupado en gremios asociativos; con ello llego a la principal conclusión de “Crear un programa de capacitación y aptitudes laborales con estrategias de ventas efectivas cumpliendo los objetivos trazados”. |
