Se plantea que el desarrollo de la legislación a través de instrumentos internacionales y los efectos de los conflictos que han existido en distintos países de América Latina y que han repercutido de forma directa a Ecuador, le han permitido ser una nación con experiencia en materia de asilo, siendo el país con más cantidad de personas en condición de refugio de la región, por lo que, con la finalidad de proteger la vida y dignidad del individuo, implementa la Ley Orgánica de Movilidad Humana, cuerpo legal que prioriza el derecho a la personalidad jurídica de un refugiado para la consecución de los derechos que le asisten. Ecuador se perfila como un estado tolerante e inclusivo con este grupo vulnerable de la sociedad facilitando así el acceso a la nacionalidad ecuatoriana, principal reto que asume con la implementación de esta ley |

It is argued that the development of legislation through. International instruments and the effects of conflicts that have existed in different countries of Latin America and which have directly impacted Ecuador have allowed it to be a nation with experience in the field of asylum, the country with the most amount of People in the condition of refuge in the region, so that, in order to protect the life and dignity of the individual, implements the organic law of human mobility, a legal body that prioritizes the right to the legal personality of a refugee to achieve the Rights that assist you.
