Para este efecto, se realizó un estudio de mercado a la población económicamente activa de la ciudad de Guayaquil, haciendo una pregunto filtro para establecer si poseen alguna mascota y si estarían de acuerdo en contratar este tipo de servicios de hospedaje – spa. Razón por la cual se diseñó un análisis financiero para evaluar la rentabilidad del negocio. |

For this effect, a market research was realized to the economically active population of the city of Guayaquil, doing one I ask filter to establish if they possess some pet and if they would agree in contracting this type of services of accomodations - spa.
