En consecuencia, las organizaciones deportivas tuvieron que realizar cambios estructurales a fin de posibilitar la entrega de recursos económicos, para lo cual deben acogerse a un Modelo Presupuestario emitido por el Ministerio del Deporte, órgano rector de esta actividad.
