Finalmente, nos referiremos a los medios de ejecución judicial del silencio estimatorio y a la necesidad de reforma del marco normativo. |

Similarly, we will identify the legal dilemmas that line the figure of the positive administrative silence, whereupon we will discuss how the court has succeeded (in some cases and not in others) to solve the various discussions this topic generates, by doing a critical and complexive jurisprudential analysis.
