El análisis se realizó mediante el uso de encuestas a los estudiantes de las dos ramas y a un grupo de colaboradores, escogidos mediante muestra aleatoria, además de una entrevista a los directivos, conocidos como Coordinadores de área generando como principal hallazgo la existencia de una relación directa entre gestionar el talento humano y el incremento de la productividad del PGDE en todas las áreas que la componen. |
