En mérito a esto se constató el bajo grado de implementación de la normativa, lo que deviene en un ineficiente nivel de desempeño individual y colectivo de la Unidad de Talento Humano.The present academic work begins with a review of the working conditions and management of the Human Talent processes of the company SAPRIET SA, with the purpose of making a proposal of plan of alignment of these with clause 5.3 and chapter 7 of the Management System of Quality ISO 9001-2015; for which the method of literary analysis was used, in which the conceptualization of the necessary topics for the full understanding of the general and specific objectives is defined; and to determine the current compliance level of the standard, an observation form was used, whose results were captured in statistical graphs.
