De igual manera se analizó la ubicación donde será propuesto este proyecto, tomando en cuenta la previa investigación de sus antecedentes, clima, y necesidades. Finalmente, a partir de la investigación la propuesta del proyecto se lleva a cabo mediante un programa de necesidades apto para cumplir con los objetivos planteados. Su esquema funcional ofrece a los usuarios confort y mejoras de salud mental. |

For the development of the project, a research was conducted on the topic, including the analysis of methodologies and criteria for emergency shelters, as well as the investigation of legal frameworks that allow for the execution of the project. Similarly, the location where the project will be proposed was analyzed, taking into account previous research on its background, climate, and needs. Finally, based on the research, the project proposal is carried out through a suitable program of needs to fulfill the set objectives.
