description El objetivo de este estudio fue describir el concepto de las Empresas de Multinivel, así como la descripción de los parámetros del modelo PEAK de Chip Conley. Se analizaron los resultados de la aplicación dentro de la Empresa de Multinivel Yanbal Ecuador para ofrecer posibles réplicas en entornos de negocio multinivel, ya que en el desarrollo de las organizaciones actuales se observaría un valor diferencial dentro de ellas. Se consideraron algunos conceptos que hacen parte de esta aproximación como son: venta directa, empresas de multinivel, modelo Peak, engagement, Positive Organizational Scholarhip, teoría de las necesidades jerárquicas de Maslow, planeación, productividad. Se investigó los beneficios personales e institucionales que ofrece la aplicación del modelo PEAK en las organizaciones, generando una experiencia en la cual sus empresas mejorarán la calidad de vida de sus colaboradores, priorizando lo humano a lo económico, obteniendo así mayor productividad y beneficios, enfatizando en la importancia de continuar desarrollando investigaciones en esta área.

The author considered some concepts that are part of this approach such as: direct sale, multilevel companies, Peak model, engagement, Positive Organizational Scholarhip, theory of the hierarchical needs of Maslow, planning, productivity. This study investigated the benefits personal and institutional that offers the implementation of the model in the PEAK organizations, generating an experience in which their companies will improve the quality of life of its employees, giving priority to what the human economic, thus obtaining greater productivity and profits, emphasizing the importance of continuing to develop research in this area.
