Para llevar a cabo el presente trabajo, iniciamos con la revisión de la literatura mencionando los aspectos conceptuales y teóricos sobre motivación laboral, diagnóstico organizacional y técnicas de levantamiento de información. Se consideró sistematizar la experiencia vivida durante el proceso de diagnóstico de motivación laboral, aplicado en un hospital de Guayaquil haciendo énfasis en la fase del levantamiento de información y para esto las autoras de este trabajo realizamos acciones dirigidas a conocer sobre ¿cuáles fueron las condiciones que se presentaron durante el levantamiento de información que pudieron incidir en el mismo?, con el propósito de contribuir a la mejora de futuras prácticas relacionadas con las organizaciones. Para la recolección de los datos se utilizaron las siguientes técnicas como la observación, cuestionario de motivación de McClelland y la entrevista semi-estructurada. Finalmente es importante mencionar que la recuperación del proceso vivido durante nuestra práctica nos lleva analizar y reflexionar críticamente sobre condiciones que incidieron al momento de ejecutar el levantamiento de información durante un diagnóstico organizacional, para así poder declarar algunas lecciones aprendidas con la finalidad de que sea un aporte a las futuras prácticas de servicio comunitario en la intención organizacionalThe systematization of practical experience of community service was developed in a hospital located in the south of Guayaquil city, executed by students of the ninth semester, organizational intention. In order to carry out the present work, we started with the literature review on the conceptual and theoretical aspects of work motivation, diagnostic and information gathering techniques. We tried to systematize the experience during the diagnosis process of work motivation, applied in Hospital Guayaquil emphasizing the phase of information gathering and for the authors of this work we set actions to know about. What were the conditions that arose during the gathering of information that could affect it? with the purpose of contributing to the improvement of future activities related to organizations. For data collection we used the following techniques such as observation, McClelland motivation questionnaire and a semi-structured interview.
