Con el objetivo de identificar cómo influyen los estilos de crianza en la autoestima de los adolescentes, con la finalidad de comprender más profundamente nuestras experiencias y así poder mejorarlas, descubriendo aciertos y errores para tenerlos en cuenta a futuro. La reflexión crítica permitió analizar el proceso vivido, contrastando de forma analítica los resultados obtenidos de las fuentes de información como el test de autoestima, inventario de prácticas de crianza y entrevistas semiestructuradas triangulando con la literatura, determinando así que los estilos de crianza tienen una influencia significativa en el desarrollo de la autoestima de los adolescentes. Concluyendo que el establecimiento de límites y la práctica de la crianza democrática promueve y favorece el desarrollo de la autoestima del adolescenteThis systematization of experiences seeks to explain how parenting styles influence the self-esteem of adolescent users of the Huerto De Los Olivos Foundation. With the aim of identifying how parenting styles influence the self-esteem of adolescents, in order to understand our experiences more deeply and thus be able to improve them, discovering successes and mistakes to take them into account in the future. Critical reflection made it possible to analyze the process experienced, contrasting in a scientific way the results obtained from the sources of information such as the self-esteem test, inventory of parenting practices and semi-structured interviews, triangulating with the literature, thus determining that parenting styles have a significant influence on the development of self-esteem in adolescents.
