Tanto el Bullying como el microtráfico de estupefacientes están presentes dentro de las instituciones educativas, y su repunte en los últimos años merece la intervención y la búsqueda de alternativas que ayuden a las autoridades a fortalecer la prevención, control y corrección de los actos de bullying y microtráfico. Dentro del área de sistemas computacionales, se pueden ofrecer distintos tipos de soluciones y herramientas que aporten a la sociedad con alternativas tecnológicas como respuesta a una problemática en concreto. La creación de un sitio web que colabore con información preventiva sobre las problemáticas sociales estudiadas en el presente proyecto, y que permita dar voz a las víctimas y testigos mediante un módulo de denuncias, sería una gran herramienta para las autoridades de las instituciones educativas que se ven indefensos ante la violencia generada como resultado de los actos relacionados con el Bullying y el Microtráfico. En el presente proyecto se propone, mediante la concepción de un prototipo que cumple con las características mencionadas, una posible solución a la falta de información que existe entre los menores de edad sobre los problemas sociales estudiados; y las autoridades, que no logran visibilizar todos los casos que pueden presentarse dentro de las instituciones educativas. La elección de una metodología de desarrollo ágil, como lo es OOHDM, permite obtener un prototipo rápidamente y cuidando siempre los aspectos importantes como la seguridad de la información sensible. La investigación y el trabajo de campo realizados, arrojaron resultados favorables en términos de viabilidad; lo cual permite proyectar el prototipo como una herramienta útil y necesaria en la lucha contra el Bullying y el Microtráfico.Actually the ecuadorian society should to fight against two social problems that are taking advantage of the underage’s vulnerability for transform them in his target and demand his lives as tribute. Both the Bullying and the Drug’s Microtrafficking are present in the educational institutions, and his upturn in the last years deserve the intervention and search of options that help the authorities to fortify the prevention, control and correction of the bullying and microtrafficking acts. Within computational systems’s area, it be can to offer different types of solutions and tools that providing to the society with technological options as answer to a specifically problematic. The a web site creation that to collaborate with preventive information of the social roblematics studied in the present project, and that allow to give voice to the victims and witness by means of denouncements’s module, would a very great tool for the educational institutions’s authorities that are defenseless against the violence generated as outcome from the acts related with the Bullying and Microtrafficking. In the present project it proposed, through the conception of a prototype that meets with the characteristics aforementioned, a possible solution to the lack of information that exists in the underages about the studied social problems, and the authorities, that can’t to view all the cases that may occur inside the educational institutions. The choosing of an agile development methodology, as is OOHDM, allow getting a prototype rapidly and taking care always the important aspects like the security of the sensitive information.
