| spelling | EFECTOS PSICOLÓGICOS POR LA PANDEMIA COVID-19 EN EL PERSONAL SANITARIO DEL CENTRO DE SALUD TIPO C, CANTÓN PEDRO CARBOLAYANA PINO, VICTORIA LEONORJARAMILLO MARTÍNEZ, STEEVEN JOELEfectos psicológicosemergencia sanitariapandemiapersonal sanitarioPDFEl presente trabajo de sistematización de experiencia sobre “Efectos psicológicos por la pandemia COVID-19 en el personal sanitario del centro de salud tipo C, cantón Pedro Carbo”, surge a consecuencia de los comportamientos observados en el personal de salud en medio de la crisis sanitaria que provocaron cuadros sintomatológicos afectando las relaciones familiares, laborales y sociales, el objetivo investigativo fue identificar los efectos psicológicos en el personal Operativo y Administrativo del Centro de Salud Tipo C, Pedro Carbo- Guayas, siguiendo el Protocolo del Riesgo Psicosocial ante la emergencia sanitaria por covid-19 para promover el auto cuidado de la salud mental de los trabajadores, el eje fue: ¿De qué manera la emergencia sanitaria afectó en el ámbito psicológico a los intervinientes operativos y administrativos en COVID-19 en el centro de salud tipo C del cantón Pedro Carbo?, la metodología fue cualitativa y descriptiva, las fuentes de información fueron entrevista, cuestionario, ficha de observación, e informe de riesgo psicosocial. En base a la reflexión crítica el personal sanitario tuvo un impacto psicológico generando consecuencias en su dinámica relacional, provocando problemas en las actividades durante la emergencia sanitaria, de acuerdo a la conclusión teórica la vulnerabilidad de los sujetos y el contexto son factores dinamizadores de riesgo. Se ayudó al personal con la psicóloga de la institución para promover el autocuidado de la salud mental mediante estrategias de afrontamiento en relación a la pandemia COVID-19 lo que les permitió estabilizarse emocionalmente y a reconstruir sus relaciones en el ámbito familiar, laboral y socialThis experience systematization work on "Psychological effects by the COVID-19 pandemic on health workers in the Type C health centre, Pedro Carbo canton", arises as a result of the behaviors observed in health personnel in the midst of the health crisis that caused symptomatic tables affecting family, labor and social relations, the research objective was to identify the psychological effects on the Operational and Administrative personnel of the Type C Health Center, Pedro Carbo- Guayas, following the Protocol of Psychosocial Risk to the health emergency by covid-19 to promote self-care of the mental health of workers, was: How did the health emergency affect operational and administrative participants in COVID-19 in the type C health center of the canton Pedro Carbo? , the methodology was qualitative and descriptive, the sources of information were interview, questionnaire, observation sheet, and psychosocial risk report.
