El análisis de la situación actual en la sección de tuberas está basado en la observación directa del proceso y con toda la información proporcionada y facilitada por la empresa, esta información fue procesada realizando diagramas de Análisis de Flujo de Proceso actual y propuesto, Diagrama de operaciones, diagramas de Pareto e Ishikawa para determinar cuales son las principales causas que originan los tiempos improductivos, además se realizó un análisis de cuantificación de horas de paralizaciones por los distintos daños, obteniendo como resultado 125,04 horas mensual de paralizaciones y que a su vez esto ocasiona una pérdida mensual $ 50.528,61. La propuesta de mejora está basada en reducir esta pérdida mensual que tiene la empresa incrementado la producción a 65 toneladas adicionales y que esto representa un incremento de la producción de 3% generando un ingreso anual de $ 702.000. La inversión total de la propuesta asciende al monto de $ 286.365,70 la cual se financiará con un aporte propio de $ 85.909,71 y un préstamo a la Corporación Financiera Nacional de $ 200.455,99, esta inversión será recuperada en el segundo año en donde genera una tasa interna de retorno del 62,90% y un valor actual neto de $ 815.488,19 demostrando así la factibilidad para la puesta en marcha.The study carried out at IPAC S.A., aims to increase the productivity of the 2KU Tube, in the manufacture of round metal tubes of 3-inch by purchasing a Trolley for cutting disc system saw and with the purchase of spare parts for the Welding Arm.
