LTDA., basado en la Norma ISO 9001:2008, con el objetivo de aumentar la satisfacción de sus clientes y continuar brindando servicios de calidad en lo que tiene que ver a la venta y mantenimiento de equipos industriales. La investigación estuvo enmarcada bajo la modalidad de Proyecto Factible apoyado en un tipo investigación de campo y nivel descriptivo. Se dio respuesta a las interrogantes planteadas, a través de la realización de un diagnóstico a la empresa con herramientas de ingeniería tales como Diagrama de Pareto, Diagrama Causa – Efecto y encuestas en la empresa PROMANTI, donde se evidencio e identifico las fortalezas y debilidades, de esta manera se mostrando la importancia de tomar en cuenta la Propuesta de Implementar un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad para la empresa PROFESIONALES EN MANTENIMIENTO INDUSTRIAL PROMANTI CIA. LTDA., el cual está basado en la Norma ISO 9001:2008 a fin de permitir que la organización posea mayor ventaja competitiva en su entorno socioeconómico, planificación, organización y control a fin de lograr los objetivos establecidos por la alta dirección de la misma.This Degree work aims to present a proposal for the implementation of a Management System (QMS) in the company PROFESSIONAL INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE PROMANTI CIA. . LTDA, based on ISO 9001: 2008, to give continuity to its reason for being, increase customer satisfaction and continue to provide quality services in what concerns the sale and maintenance of industrial equipment. Currently all companies are implementing ISO 9001: 2008 and its surroundings an increasingly competitive market presents, so is the need to move in the same directive. This research was framed in the form of Feasible Project supported on a field research and descriptive level type. Response to the questions raised was given through the completion of a diagnostic company with engineering tools such as Pareto Chart and Diagram Cause - Effect on the company PROMANTI, highlighting and identifying strengths and weaknesses, thus showing the importance of taking into account the Proposal for the Implementation of a System of Quality Management for the company PROFESSIONAL INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE PROMANTI CIA.
