Actualmente, estas funciones se realizan manualmente, lo que provoca inconsistencia de datos suministrados. Esta tesis, mediante un Sistema de Seguimiento de tesinas, tiene como objetivo principal facilitar el trabajo de los docentes, personal administrativo, autoridades y reducir la cantidad de estudiantes que no culminan el desarrollo de las tesinas en el tiempo establecido. La aplicación utiliza Drupal como framework y base de datos Mysql. Previo al desarrollo del sistema, en el marco teórico se indagó sobre el proceso administrativo, educación superior, sistema informático y Drupal. La modalidad de la investigación escogida es el tipo de investigación por la factibilidad, debido a que se llevó a cabo con la elaboración y desarrollo de una propuesta viable para dar solución al problema detectado, llegando a la ejecución de la misma logrando un aporte a la sociedad. Las normas generales del funcionamiento del sistema se fundamentan en la Ley Orgánica de Educación Superior, Ley de la Propiedad Intelectual y Reglamento de Régimen Académico.The law school of the law faculty and social sciences of the University of Guayaquil, did not count with a software that contributes with the process of following and control of thesis, the problem marks the limitations that the institution had to register the thesis, sessions or tutoring register, viewing the latest stat of the thesis, communicate to the students y teachers for the final exposition. These functions are currently performed manually, resulting in inconsistency of data supplied. This thesis, using a tracking system dissertations, whose main objective is to facilitate the work of teachers, administrative staff, authorities and reduce the number of students who do not complete the development of thesis in the set time. The application uses Drupal as framework and MySQL database. Prior to the development of the system, in the theoretical framework were asked about the administrative process, higher education, computer system and Drupal. The chosen mode of research is the type of research the feasibility, because it was carried out with the design and development of a viable proposal to solve the problem identified, leading to the execution of it making a contribution to the society. The general rules of operation of the system are based on the Law on Higher Education, Intellectual Property Law and Regulations Academic System.Universidad de Guayaquil.
