De manera que, a través del diseño de investigación documental y bibliográfica que permite la búsqueda y análisis de datos directos con el giro del negocio; enfoque cuantitativo para obtener respuestas formales de parte del área administrativa y la investigación cualitativo donde se detecta las características del problema, la encuesta, las preguntas tipo entrevista y los objetivos de la investigación. La peluquería carece de herramientas de gestión para determinar los costos de sus productos o servicios lo cual se considera importante diseñar dicho sistema de costeo y así poder determinar el costo- rentabilidad de forma razonable.In the present research, the needs of the Enith Lemos Hairdresser have been taken into account, in having information of the real costs and their proper distribution by designing Costing System by work orders as a control mechanism in a service business. Thus, through the design of documentary and bibliographic research that allows the search and analysis of direct data with the turn of the business; quantitative approach to obtain formal answers from the administrative area and qualitative research where the characteristics of the problem, the survey, interview-type questions and the research objectives are detected.
