MATILDE HIDALGO DE PROCELCANTON GUAYAQUILECUADORPDFLa incorrecta evaluación de la edad gestacional y sus implicaciones en los partos prematuros por cesárea es la problemática para investigar y cuyo objetivo es determinar la influencia de la falla en la evaluación preoperatoria de la edad gestacional en pacientes de 18 a 38 años, Hospital Matilde Hidalgo de Procel; la metodología es de modalidad cuantitativa, no experimental, Prospectivo, de tipo analítico, utilizando como instrumento la base de datos y encuesta que se realizó a 35 profesionales en salud, y a 35 pacientes puérperas Posquirúrgicas, y se complementó con datos estadísticos. De los resultados se obtuvo que el 6% de los casos clínicos se diagnosticó una edad gestacional no concordante, el 43% fueron de 37 semanas, aunque no se evidenció un gran número de casos es porque no existen datos que corroboren la falla, sin embrago en la entrevista el 88,6% de los profesionales indicaron que si ha ocurrido; y las pacientes en un 11% refieren que no fueron valoradas nuevamente en el área tocoquirgica.The incorrect evaluation of the gestational age and its implications in the premature deliveries by caesarean section is the problem to investigate and whose objective is to determine the influence of the failure in the preoperative evaluation of the gestational age in patients from 18 to 38 years, Hospital Matilde Hidalgo of Procel; The methodology is quantitative, non-experimental, prospective, of an analytical type, using as an instrument the database and survey that was carried out to 35 health professionals, and to 35 postoperative post-surgical patients, and supplemented with statistical data. From the results it was obtained that 6% of the clinical cases were diagnosed with a non-concordant gestational age, 43% were of 37 weeks, although a large number of cases was not evidenced because there are no data corroborating the failure, without embolism. in the interview, 88.6% of the professionals indicated that it has happened; and the patients in 11% report that they were not assessed again in the toco-surgical area.Universidad de Guayaquil.
