El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la incidencia de las competencias laborales en el desempeño laboral durante el teletrabajo en tiempos de Covid-19 en la empresa Serviportex de Guayaquil. Es un estudio no experimental, descriptivo, con corte transversal, que empleó la metodología mixta, con análisis cuantitativo de los instrumentos de medición como test, evaluaciones de desempeño y encuestas, desde lo cualitativo, se analizaron las entrevistas. Esto derivó a puntajes que conllevaron a resultados, donde las competencias y el desempeño en el teletrabajo generaron oportunidades, pero también dificultades, exigiendo niveles de adaptación adecuados, así como el aprovechamiento de estas ventajasDue to the Covid-19 pandemic, the telework modality has been implemented in Ecuadorian companies, job skills and job performance are being measured in different ways, as there is a need to meet organizational objectives in the midst of a worldwide impact. The objective of this study was to determine the incidence of job skills on job performance during teleworking in times of Covid-19 at the Serviportex company in Guayaquil. It is a non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional study that used mixed methodology, with quantitative analysis of the measurement instruments such as tests, performance evaluations and surveys, from the qualitative point of view, the interviews were analyzed.
