La metodología utilizada en el presente trabajo fue de carácter cualitativa basada en la sistematización de experiencia, partiendo desde la pregunta eje ¿Cómo se recolectó la información sobre las actitudes docentes durante el proyecto “Construyendo una cultura de la diversidad” con los estudiantes del segundo básico en la escuela Rafael Mendoza Avilés? Dicha metodología permitió la reconstrucción del proceso vivido a través de la información recolectada por medio del uso de distintos instrumentos y técnicas, como la escala de actitudes, encuestas, entrevistas, diarios de campo y observación. La sistematización se encuentra enfocada en el análisis de la fase de recolección de información sobre las actitudes de los docentes durante el proyecto, teniendo como objetivo el compartir la experiencia sobre la recolección de datos en proyectos sociales para el mejoramiento de las prácticasAttitudes are defined as a neural, physical and mental state, created from past experiences that lead to a defined response and these may vary in the context and circumstances in which an individual is involved, meanwhile special needs education are referred to students who present any difficulty in the field of learning, while the teacher uses specialized educational resources to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge The methodology used in the present work was the qualitative based on the systematization of experience, starting from the axis question: How was the information on teacher´s attitudes collected during the project "Building a culture of diversity" with the students of the second grade at the Rafael Mendoza Avilés School? This methodology allowed a reconstruction of the lived process through the information collected from the use of different instruments and techniques, such as the scale of attitudes, surveys, interviews, field diaries and observation.
