Ltda., la empresa no cuenta con un manual de seguridad que permita a los trabajadores que ejecutan los procesos conocer los diferentes tipos de riesgos a los que se encuentran sometidos con los diferentes tipos de materiales y según el lugar donde se encuentren laborando, de esta manera se dan procesos de trabajo según el material aislante para tener un mejor control de los procesos y de la seguridad que se debe tener. La seguridad Industrial y salud ocupacional en el Ecuador sigue avanzando y se necesita una cultura empresarial y laboral que logre entender que el principal capital de una empresa es el ser humano. El tipo de investigación que se realizo es de carácter descriptivo, por que describe la problemática, en consecuencia, la elaboración del manual y la capacitación al personal será de vital importancia para evitar los accidentes laborales dando un buen uso al manual.This academic work is developed around the development of a Safety Manual for Thermal Insulation insulators in the company Disetec Cia. Ltda., The company does not have a safety manual that allows the workers who execute the processes to know the different Types of risks to which they are subjected with the different types of materials and according to the place where they are working, this way they give work processes according to the insulation material to have a better control of the processes and the security that are should have. Industrial safety and occupational health in Ecuador continues to advance and we need a business and labor culture that manages to understand that the main capital of a company is the human being. The type of research that is carried out is descriptive, because it describes the problem, therefore, the preparation of the manual and the training of staff will be of vital importance in order to avoid accidents at work by giving a good use of the manual.Universidad de Guayaquil.
