El objetivo de este trabajo es motivar a la capacidad productiva de los comerciantes de baja escala, a través del diseño de un prototipo de incubadora con sistema automatizado que emplee el sistema de Arduino utilizando un sensor de temperatura/humedad, que permita la detección de datos y comportamiento del sistema con relación al entorno de fecundación, cumpliendo con los objetivos planteados de la investigación. Para modificar la humedad utiliza un humificador ultrasónico y el uso de los ventiladores, la rotación de huevos está compuesta por un motor de baja velocidad que accionará al relay, según su programación en determinados lapsos, al encenderse ejerce el movimiento oscilatorio y luego se apaga. Mediante las respectivas investigaciones se determinó las características que conlleva a este prototipo y a través de las encuestas realizadas se obtuvo un gran interés por parte de los comerciantes que vienen del sector del campo gracias a su manera sencilla de usarse, el sistema automatizado le dará seguridad al usuario.Based on the collection of information carried out through surveys, it describes the various needs that Mapasingue sellers have related to incubation process for chickens which has led to the need of the development of this prototype. The objective of this work is to motivate the productive capacity small-scale trades, designing an incubator prototype with automatic system which applies the Arduino system using a temperature/humidity sensor that allow the detection of data and behaviour of system with relationship to the fecundation environment, accomplishing the established objectives of the investigation. In order to modify the humidity, an ultrasonic humifier and the use of the fans are used, the rotation of eggs composed by a low-speed engine that will start the relay, according to its programming in certain periods, when turning on exerts the oscillatory motion and then turns off. Through the respective researches, the characteristics that entails this prototype are determined and by means of the made surveys, great interest was obtained by the traders who come from the countryside sector, thanks to its easy way of use, the automatic system will give security to the user.Universidad de Guayaquil.
