Un beneficio para los clientes frecuentes de servicio a domicilio del local mencionado, que les brinda interacción con el producto a recibir, personaliza su orden, recibe su confirmación a través de correo electrónico y mensaje de texto y posteriormente les llega su pedido a domicilio. Desarrollado en Php y MySQL. Se analizó como población a los clientes frecuentes del restaurante indicado para obtener la tendencia tecnológica de dichos clientes y conocer el previo interés de uso de un website como el de este proyecto. Este proyecto surge en respuesta a la necesidad de mejorar los tiempos de calidad y servicio de Burger King Urdesa para que las transacciones de sus clientes sean rápidas y confiables, fortaleciendo el crecimiento y credibilidad entre clientes y restaurante. Aquí se incorporan los aspectos básicos de una tienda online aplicada al contexto de un restaurante de comidas rápidas que brinda servicio a domicilio, para nuestro caso particular significa la compra de combos de Burger King, personalización de ingredientes, opciones de productos adicionales, visualización del total de la orden, confirmación y recepción del producto.Developing a website that allows online purchasing chosen by the customer, Burger King menu, located in Urdesa local food. A benefit for frequent customers local service mentioned that gives them interaction with the product to get home, customize your order, receive confirmation via email and text message and then you get your order at home. Developed in PHP and MySQL. It was analyzed as population the frequent customers of the indicated restaurant for obtain the technological tendencies of those customers and know the previous interest of use website object of this project. This Project emerge in answer to the needs of improve the times of quality and service about Burger King Urdesa for the customer’s transactions be fast and trusty, strengthening the growing and credibility between customers and restaurant. Here are incorporated the basic aspects of an online store applied to context of a fast food restaurant that offers delivery, for our particular case it means the buy of Burger King’s combos, personalization of ingredients, additional products options, viewing of total order, confirmation and reception of the product.Universidad de Guayaquil.
