Partiendo de esto, se logró sistematizar lo vivido en el proceso de evaluación con las familias de la comunidad del sector cerro San Eduardo, donde se pudo evidenciar la naturalización de malos tratos. Teniendo como pregunta eje ¿Cuáles fueron las estrategias de afrontamiento ante la violencia de género detectadas durante el proceso de evaluación a las familias en situación de vulnerabilidad?, mismas que se identificaron en la familia asignada. La metodología empleada fue la sistematización de experiencias con un enfoque cualitativo/descriptivo, para lo cual se utilizaron las siguientes fuentes información: ficha de observación, Apgar familiar, ecomapa, genograma y entrevistas semi-estructuradas. Se empleó un enfoque teórico sistémico dado la importancia de comprender la interacción que genera cada miembro de la familia. La finalidad de la sistematización es caracterizar las estrategias de afrontamiento que generan estas familias, para que dicha información propicie datos relevantes para futuras investigaciones sobre violencia de género. En la reflexión crítica se muestra cómo los miembros de la familia basan sus estrategias de afrontamiento en sus creencias, ideologías, mitos o lealtades, que surgen desde el interior de la familia que podría decirse son patrones transgeneracionales. Como conclusión, el trabajo fue desarrollado bajo diferentes aportes de autores, lo cual nos permitió elaborar la triangulación de datos obtenidos y contrastarlo con la teoría sistémica al momento de caracterizar las estrategias de afrontamiento evidenciadas en la familiaThis systematization work arises as a result of pre-professional practices during fifth semester in the project “Strengthening families”. Based on this, it was possible to systematize the experiences lived in the evaluation process with the families of the community from Cerro San Eduardo (location in Guayaquil), where the naturalization of abuse was evidenced. The central question is: what were the coping strategies in the face of gender violence detected during the evaluation process of families in vulnerable situations? We could recognize these within the family that was assigned to us. The methodology used was the systematization of experiences with a qualitative / descriptive approach, for which the following information sources were used: the observation file, family apgar, ecomap, genogram and semi-structured interviews. A systemic theoretical approach was also used given the importance of understanding the interaction generated by each member of the family. The purpose of the systematization is to characterize the coping strategies that these families generate in situations of vulnerability to gender-based violence, with the objective that provided information will show relevant data for future research on genderbased violence. Critical pondering shows how family members base their coping strategies on their beliefs, ideologies, myths or loyalties, which arise from within the family that could be said to be transgenerational patterns.
