Este trabajo es realizado bajo la modalidad de sistematización de experiencias, se toma como referencia el contexto del programa de prácticas pre profesionales para estudiantes de séptimo semestre durante el ciclo I 2022 - 2023 en la fundación Huerto de los Olivos, en la cual se quería evaluar los riesgos psicosociales existentes dentro de la fundación y su intervenciónThis paper addresses one of the processes that are part of the path to obtain the university degree as are the pre-professional practices, it is proposed to detail the difficulties that revolved around this process and the holistic analysis of the same, this in order to generate a reflective vision and ideas that encourage the improvement of processes, roles and expectations in future periods of practices so that the new generations that go through this stage enrich their knowledge and are more attracted to their profession.
