Greenatupro , se presenta tanto los elementos de un sistema de gestión de calidad, los beneficios y lineamientos de la aplicación de la norma de estandarización internacional de calidad, las herramientas de análisis para un estudio de los procesos productivos, la metodología aplicada, y la utilización de un check list de verificación permite identificar la brecha existente entre la situación actual de los procesos de la empresa y la norma obteniendo como resultado inicial el 40% de cumplimiento respecto a los requisitos exigidos por la ISO 9001.Este sistema de gestión de Calidad propuesto contiene objetivos, alcance del SGC, estructura organizacional, estructura documental,plan de actividades para eliminar la brecha con objetivos estratégicos e indicadores para evaluar el desempeño del sistema por medio de auditorías internas para obtener la satisfacción del cliente interno y externo.The present document of a design of a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 to the company Green Natural Products SA. Greenatupro, presents boththe elements of a quality management system, the benefits and guidelines for the implementation of the standard of international quality standardization, analysis tools for a study of production processes, the methodology applied, and the use of a check list verification allows to identify the gap between the current situation of the company's processes and the standard obtaining as an initial result 40% compliance with respect to the requirements of ISO 9001.This proposed quality management system contains objectives, scope of the QMS, organizational structure, document structure, activity plan to eliminate the gap with strategic objectives and indicators to evaluate the performance of the system through internal audits to obtain internal and external customer satisfaction.Universidad de Guayaquil.
