| spelling | Diagnóstico y tratamiento del queratoquiste mandibular.Villón Zambrano, Dario AlexanderQUERATOQUISTESTOMOGRAFIA COMPUTARIZADARESONANCIA MAGNETICAPDFEste trabajo de titulación busca realzar la importancia de emitir un buen diagnóstico basado en exámenes mandatorios para la identificación de un queratoquiste mandibular ya que esta lesión quística de origen odontogénico y desarrollo complejo tiene un índice de recurrencia alto, con un comportamiento clínico – patológico muy agresivo, dentro lo los objetivos de este trabajo de titulación se encuentra el exponer los métodos desarrollados actualmente para la eliminación del queratoquiste mandibular, no sin antes haber realizado un diagnóstico presuntivo y diferencial de la lesión utilizando herramientas como radiografías panorámicas, tomografías computarizadas, resonancia magnéticas y el examen histopatológico, esta investigación está desarrollada en base al método de revisión bibliográfica en donde mediante la revisión, desarrollo e interpretación de artículos actualizados e inherentes con el tema ,busca mostrar que existen diferentes técnicas para la eliminación del queratoquiste mandibular , técnicas que actualmente se pueden conjugar para eliminar el queratoquiste mandibular minimizando en lo posible el índice de recurrencia.This titration work seeks to highlight the importance of issuing a good diagnosis based on mandatory examinations for the identification of a mandibular Keratocystic, since this cystic lesion of odontogenic origin and complex development has a high recurrence rate, with a very aggressive clinical-pathological behavior. Within the objectives of this titration work is to expose the methods currently developed for the elimination of the mandibular Keratocystic, not without first having made a presumptive and differential diagnosis of the lesion using tools such as panoramic X-rays, This research is developed based on the method of bibliographic review where, through the review, development and interpretation of updated articles on the subject, it seeks to show that there are different techniques for the elimination of mandibular Keratocystic, techniques that can currently be combined to eliminate the mandibular Keratocystic, minimizing the rate of recurrence as much as possible.Universidad de Guayaquil.
