El propósito del mismo es que docentes, estudiantes y padres de familia generen un nuevo modelo de comportamiento dentro y fuera de los planteles educativos. La metodología empleada corresponde a un Proyecto Factible e Investigación de Campo, las fuentes que sirven de información constan las primarias en la modalidad de la observación sistemática y objetiva; puesto que el presente trabajo de investigación se dirige a un fin determinado y esta sujeto a un proceso de planificación, asignación de tareas, ejecución y por consiguiente apegado a la realidad; así también, se hace uso de las fuentes secundarias como: revistas, libros, documentos, periódicos, textos, Internet, así como documentos de soporte que sustentan los fundamentos: teóricos, metodológicos y científicos de este trabajo. Está orientado al desarrollo del respeto, derechos, libertades y el mejoramiento de las relaciones sociales entre los miembros de la comunidad educativa de la Red “San Jacinto de Yaguachi”. Su impacto incide en las relaciones entre todos los miembros de la comunidad que la componen, lo que se reflejará en su ámbito laboral y social.The Project “The Administrative Processes in the School Net “San Hyacinth of Yaguachi” it arises of the necessity of improving the coexistence in the educational institutions. The purpose of the same one is that educational, students and family parents generate a new behavior model inside of and outside of the educational facilities. The used methodology corresponds to a Feasible Project and Investigation of Field, the sources that serve as information consist the primary ones in the modality of the systematic and objective observation; since the present investigation work goes to a certain end and this subject to a process of planning, assignment of tasks, execution and consequently attached to the reality; likewise, use of the secondary sources is made as: have, books, documents, newspapers, texts, Internet, as well as support documents that they sustain the foundations: theoretical, methodological and scientific of this work.
