MATILDE HIDALGO DE PROCELCANTON GUAYAQUILECUADORPDFLa gimnasia orofacial es una técnica eficaz, aportando grandes beneficios para el neonato prematuro; aplicando estímulos seriales mediante masajes orofaciales previo a su lactancia materna, el objetivo de este estudio fue identificar los benéficos de la “gimnasia orofacial” en prematuros del programa “madre canguro” el cual se encuentra en las instalaciones del hospital Matilde hidalgo de procel en el periodo de mayo-julio 2023 el diseño de esta investigación fue de forma observacional, descriptivo y de campo aplicativo, se realizó con una muestra de un total de 15 neonatos prematuros se utilizó pruebas como; entrevista, recopilación de datos y exploración a nivel orofacial en los resultados podemos indicar y verificar que el 98% de ellos cumplieron con sus visitas hospitalarias en el cual se les aplico la técnica y al termino del programa cumplieron con el objetivo requerido es decir; postura para lactancia correspondiente, un agarre adecuado, y una succión nutritiva fuerte y duraderaOrofacial gymnastics is an effective technique, providing great benefits for the premature neonate; applying serial stimuli through orofacial massages prior to breastfeeding, the objective of this study was to identify the benefits of "orofacial gymnastics" in premature infants of the "mother kangaroo" program which is located in the facilities of the Matilde Hidalgo de Procel hospital in the period of May-July 2023 the design of this research was observational, descriptive and of application field, it was carried out with a sample of a total of 15 premature neonates, tests were used such as; interview, data collection and exploration at the orofacial level in the results we can indicate and verify that 98% of them complied with their hospital visits in which the technique was applied and at the end of the program they complied with the required objective that is; corresponding nursing posture, a proper latch, and a strong and long-lasting nourishing suction.Universidad de Guayaquil.
