Lo primordial es contar con un sistema eficiente administrativo a fin de efectuar las labores de desarrollo turístico para: fomentar y desarrollar una infraestructura tales como, carreteras complejos turísticos, para incrementar los ingresos tanto como para el consejo provincial como para la población de los diferentes cantones. Para realizar el análisis utilizamos herramientas de ingeniería industrial entre las cuales mencionamos a las siguientes: Diagrama causa efecto, Distribución de planta, ponderizacion de la cadena de valor, diagrama Gantt y diagrama pert. Finalmente se realiza el cronograma de actividades concernientes a la implantación de la alternativa de solución, determinándose un tiempo de tres meses y medio para realizar la ejecución de la solución.The tourism sector has made innovations, involving different agencies, among these you have cameras provincial tourism prefectures's which are responsible for developing and promoting it through the development of attractive sites, which should have the basic services . The main thing is to have an efficient administrative system to carry out the work for tourism development: to promote and develop infrastructure such as roads resorts, both to increase revenues to the provincial council and the population of the cantons . For the analysis we use industrial engineering tools among which we mention the following: cause and effect diagram, Ground Distribution, ponderizacion of the value chain, Gantt chart and pert. Finally, the schedule of activities concerning the implementation of the alternative solution is performed, determining a time of three and a half to make the implementation of the solution months.Universidad de Guayaquil.
