El marco teórico se ha desarrollado en base a la información provenientes de tesis de pregrado, postgrado, artículos y revistas científicas que fundamentaron el estudio. La metodología tiene un diseño observacional con enfoque cuantitativo, la población estuvo conformada por las mujeres climatéricas que acuden al centro de salud en mención y entrevistas a profesionales de la salud. Los resultados demostraron los cambios sexuales que más presentan las mujeres es la disminución de libido sexual, cuadros de ansiedad y depresión. También presentan dispareunia, es decir, dolor antes y durante el acto sexual entre otros trastornos. Finalizando con una propuesta sobre un programa educativo para mejorar la presencia del climaterio sobre la sexualidad femeninaThe development of the present work focused on identifying the factors related to climacteric and female sexuality in the Type C Bastión Popular Health Center February 2022 - January 2023, this led to describe the sexual changes that occur in a higher percentage in patients, to establish the age group with greater climacteric disorders and to propose the design of an Educational Program on female sexuality in climacteric women. The theoretical framework has been developed based on information from undergraduate and graduate theses, articles and scientific journals that supported the study. The methodology has an observational design with a quantitative approach, the population consisted of climacteric women attending the health center in question and interviews with health professionals. The results showed that the most common sexual changes in women are decreased sexual libido, anxiety and depression. They also present dyspareunia, that is, pain before and during sexual intercourse, among other factors.
