Para el desarrollo de la investigación se emplearon datos obtenidos de documentación otorgada por el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizo Municipal del Cantón Nobol, paginas oficiales del MIES, INEC, fuentes bibliográficas, entre otros que aportaron tener un panorama más amplio del tema de estudio. Además, se utilizó como herramienta metodológica cuantitativa para la obtención de información una encuesta tomando como referencia a Educadoras, Coordinadores, representantes de las instituciones, representantes de los usuarios, lo cual permitió evidenciar que esta estrategia implementada por el Gobierno Nacional está encaminada a mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos de este cantón y contribuye al cumplimiento de la Política Pública y el Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir.The present research work was carried out in the canton Nobol in order to develope a study on the social impact generated by the Children's Centers of Good Living of the agreement signed between the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion MIES and the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of Canton Nobol, during the period 2014-2017. For the development of the research, data obtained from documentation provided by the Autonomous Municipal Decentralization Government of Nobol Canton, official MIES pages, INEC, bibliographic sources, among others, were used to provide a broader view of the study topic. In addition, at the survey used as a quantitative methodological tool for obtaining information, taking as a reference educators, coordinators, representatives of institutions, representatives of users, which made it possible to demonstrate that this strategy implemented by the National Government is aimed at improving quality of life of the citizens of this canton and contributes to the fulfillment of the Public Policy and the National Plan of Good LivingUniversidad de Guayaquil.
