La atención al usuario es considerado como un punto de vital importancia en el funcionamiento del servicio que ofrece esta biblioteca que son las estanterías abiertas, bibliotecas virtuales, se puede destacar que en sus fondos bibliográficos se encuentra el diario el telégrafo cuenta con espacios recreativos y expositivos el cual permite tener una experiencia cultural. Este manual de competencias será una herramienta para la biblioteca especializada.This project is a manual of skills for the continuous improvement of the arts library which defines, poses and evaluates how the relationship between the library professional and its users should be developed in research centers and libraries, especially the library of the arts that is characterized by having certain types of information which works with users who come from abroad, university students of the arts university, teachers of the educational institution among others. The attention to the user is considered as a point of vital importance in the operation of the service offered by this library that are the open shelves, virtual libraries, it can be noted that in its bibliographic collections is the newspaper the telegraph has recreational and exhibition spaces which allows to have a cultural experience. This manual of competencies will be like a tool for the specialized library since in the one of you can see the operation of the library. |
